Expanded Control Options for arkona Users
Demand for hardware control solutions for arkona Blade\\Runner systems is growing. To meet this demand arkona technologies and BFE have entered into an OEM partnership, under which arkona will distribute selected KSC control panels under its own brand.
At the heart of the partnership is the direct integration of KSC hardware control panels into the arkona platform, giving users an additional way to perform routing and switching operations across their infrastructure using dedicated hardware control panels.
Direct Control via KSC Hardware Panels
Arkona has integrated the KSC control panels' control protocol into its systems. This means that, for example, sources and destinations of a Blade//runner system can be switched directly via KSC control panels. This architecture is particularly suited to installations that rely heavily on manual operations and have lower requirements for automation and workflow control. Broadcasters and system operators benefit from straightforward implementation as well as reduced investment costs.
Proven Hardware for Blade//runner Infrastructures
The technical compatibility between arkona and the KSC control panels has already been proven in real-world projects. One example is the control of a video and audio matrix as part of a major sports event.
