This Privacy Policy applies to the online services at www.ksc-systems.com provided by BFE Studio und Medien Systeme GmbH and its own content offered there. For content provided by other providers, e.g. via links, their respective terms apply.

Data retention

Offers not resulting in contracts are deleted after one year.

General inquiries not leading to business relations are deleted after 6 months.

Registration for the download portal
On our product page, system integrators, sales partners, certified implementation partners, or customers can register for access to specific download areas. During registration, the following personal data is collected: first name, last name, e-mail address, password, and role. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract fulfillment).
Users who wish to delete their profile may contact us at mail@ksc-systems.com. The stored data will be fully deleted upon request and completion of processing, unless legal retention obligations apply.
Cookies
When you click “Agree” or “Confirm selection” in the notice, a cookie is set showing that you have seen the notice.
You will see the notice again if you separately delete cookies in your browser, access www.ksc-systems.com via another device, or the cookie expires.

Our product page includes sharing buttons for Facebook and LinkedIn. These allow users to share content directly on social networks. Contact form
Our website includes a contact form. Depending on your inquiry, you may provide optional details (e.g. type of partnership, application area, role in company, or type of request). The only mandatory fields are your e-mail address and message.
The data you provide will be processed solely for handling your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and not shared with third parties. No combination with other data collected on the website occurs. Data will be deleted once the purpose is achieved and statutory retention obligations do not apply.
